Check-in Policy

After receiving your room reservation and completing the payment, we will confirm your service booking details via email, phone, or message.

1. Deposit Policy

A one-night deposit is required to secure your reservation, the remaining balance is due at check-in.

2. Check-in Documents and Procedures

To check in, please present your booking confirmation to our front desk staff at your scheduled time.

The minimum age for guests to check in is 18 years old or older.

Guests under 18 years old must have verification information from a guardian to address any issues that may arise during their stay.

Required Identification:

• Vietnamese Guests: Must present their hard copy Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or VNeID (Level 2 Digital ID);
• International Guests: Must present one of the two following valid documents: Passport with a valid Visa or Hard copy Temporary Residence Card

3. Check-in and Check-out Times

• For Grand Signature Resort Hoi An by M Village, Signature by M Village Hotel Hoi An, and M Village Resort Riverbeach Hoi An:
• Check-in time: after 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: before 12:00 PM
• For all other properties:
• Check-in time: after 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: before 12:00 PM

4. Late Check-out Policy

If you require a check-out time later than the standard policy, Modern Village Lifestyle will apply an additional charge based on the extra hours of stay:

• From 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (18:00): A surcharge of 50% of the room rate (calculated based on the room rate for the check-out day);
• After 6:00 PM (18:00): A surcharge of 100% of the room rate (treated as a new night's stay, calculated based on the room rate for the check-out day).

5. Children's Breakfast Surcharge Policy

Breakfast charges for children are as follows:

• Children from 0 to 5 years old: Complimentary breakfast when dining with parents;
• Children from 6 to 11 years old: 50% surcharge for breakfast when dining with parents;
• Children 12 years old and older: 100% surcharge for breakfast (full adult price) when dining with parents.

All other additional charges for services and products used during your stay are listed according to the hotel's price list and regulations, and must be settled upon check-out.

Currently, Twin room categories can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests in room. For all other room categories at the properties listed below, child surcharges and extra bed charges will apply in accordance with the following policy:

• Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years old), with the following policy:

Please note: Suite Ocean View room can accommodate a maximum of one additional adult (the third adult in total). Should there be any further occupancy needs, guests are kindly requested to book an additional room.

• Grand Suite Ocean View room & Duplex Ocean View room can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 child (under 12 years old), with the following conditions:
• For children under 12 years old: no additional room charge (sharing bed with parents);

• In cases where there is a third child staying in a Grand Suite Ocean View or Duplex Ocean View, the following policy applies:

• Each Twin room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.
• Each King room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (under 6 years old), with the following conditions:
• For children under 6 years old: no additional room charge (sharing bed with parents).
• For children aged 6 years and above: an additional surcharge (*) applies.

• In cases where there is a second child, the following policy applies:
• If both the first and second children are under 6 years old and staying in other room categories: a surcharge (*) applies.
• If both the first and second children are aged 6 and above: guests are kindly requested to book an additional room.
• If the first child is under 6 years old and the second child is aged 6 and above: guests are kindly requested to book an additional room.

• If both the first and second children are aged 12 or above: guests are kindly requested to book an additional room.
• If the first child is under 12 years old and the second child is aged 12 or above: guests are kindly requested to book an additional room.
• Extra bed fee (*): VND 500,000 per night per room (breakfast not included)
• Additional surcharge (**): VND 300,000 per night per room
• Baby cots are provided complimentary for all room categories, subject to availability, and are suitable only for children under 2 years old (or weighing less than 15 kg).
