What is your deposit policy and what is the minimum rental period?

Accepted Answer

You only need to pay a deposit of 1 month's rent and pay 1 month's rent in advance before moving in. Our minimum rental period is 3 months for long-term stays.

If it's Co-living (shared living space), what will we share with other residents?

All rooms at Modern Village Lifestyle are fully furnished with beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes, kitchens, and private bathrooms in the room. When you become an Modern Village Lifestyle resident, you will share free spaces and amenities in the residential area such as the library, garden, swimming pool, BBQ area, and laundry room.

We provide modern living spaces in the city center with private rooms (for 1-2 people) that come with furniture amenities and room services. Additionally, there are shared spaces (such as library, café, campus, garden, etc.) right in the building.
